הצהרת נגישות – ספא קסם במגע

ספא קסם במגע רואה חשיבות רבה במתן שירות שוויוני ונגיש לכל הלקוחות, כולל אנשים עם מוגבלות, בהתאם לחוק שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות, התשנ"ח-1998, ולתקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות), התשע"ג-2013.
רמת הנגישות באתר
אנו פועלים להנגשת האתר לפי התקן הישראלי ת"י 5568, רמה AA (המבוסס על הנחיות WCAG). אנו נמצאים בתהליך הנגשה פעיל של האתר: בודקים, מתקנים ומשפרים באופן שוטף.
מה הונגש באתר
- טקסט חלופי לתמונות.
- הגדרת שפה וכיוון כתיבה (עברית מימין לשמאל, אנגלית משמאל לימין).
- תצוגה מותאמת לטלפונים, לטאבלטים ולמחשבים.
- תפריט נגישות באתר (סמל הנגישות בפינת המסך) עם אפשרויות התאמה כמו הגדלת טקסט, ניגודיות והדגשת קישורים.
- בדיקה אוטומטית של עמודי האתר בכלי axe-core מול דרישות WCAG 2.1 רמה AA (16 באוקטובר 2026). תיקון הממצאים מתבצע בימים אלה.
מגבלות ידועות
- בחלק מהעמודים עדיין יש צבעי טקסט בניגודיות נמוכה, טפסים שבהם תוויות השדות אינן מוצגות, ורכיבים שקשה להפעיל במקלדת. התיקונים מתבצעים בימים אלה.
- טרם בוצעה בדיקה ידנית מלאה עם קורא מסך בכל עמודי האתר. הבדיקה בתהליך.
- תכנים ושירותים של צד שלישי שמקושרים מהאתר (למשל מפות גוגל, Waze, וואטסאפ, ספק התשלום ופרופיל הביקורות בגוגל) אינם בשליטתנו, וייתכן שאינם נגישים במלואם.
- ייתכן שבחלק מהתמונות והתכנים הישנים באתר עדיין יש ליקויים שלא אותרו. אם נתקלתם בכזה, נשמח שתעדכנו אותנו.

נגישות המקום (הספא בהפלמ"ח 15, אור יהודה)
חשוב לנו לתאר את המקום בכנות, כדי שתוכלו לתכנן את ההגעה מראש:
- המקום אינו נגיש לכיסא גלגלים.
- מהרחוב יש 3 מדרגות אל החצר, אחריהן שביל צר ולא אחיד לגמרי באורך של כ-20 מטר, ובכניסה לספא 2 מדרגות רחבות.
- אין מאחזי יד או מעקות באף אחת מהכניסות והמדרגות.
- חניה: ברחוב יש חניה בתשלום (כחול-לבן) של העירייה. רכב עם תו נכה רשאי לחנות על החניה הפרטית של הספא, צמוד לכניסה.
- השירותים אינם נגישים: רוחב הדלת כ-60 ס"מ.
- אין מאחזי יד בשירותים ובמקלחות.

Kessem Bamaga Spa is committed to providing equal and accessible service to all customers, including people with disabilities, in accordance with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013.
Accessibility level of the website
We are working to make this website accessible in line with Israeli Standard IS 5568, Level AA (based on the WCAG guidelines). We are actively working on the website's accessibility: testing, fixing and improving it on an ongoing basis.
What has been made accessible
- Text alternatives for images.
- Language and text direction set correctly (Hebrew right-to-left, English left-to-right).
- Responsive layout for phones, tablets and computers.
- An on-site accessibility menu (the accessibility icon at the corner of the screen) with options such as larger text, contrast and highlighted links.
- Automated testing of the website pages with axe-core against WCAG 2.1 Level AA (16 October 2026). The findings are being fixed now.
Known limitations
- Some pages still have low-contrast text colours, forms whose field labels are not displayed, and components that are hard to operate with a keyboard. These are being fixed now.
- A full manual screen-reader review of every page has not been completed yet. It is in progress.
- Third-party content and services linked from the website (for example Google Maps, Waze, WhatsApp, the payment provider and our Google reviews profile) are not under our control and may not be fully accessible.
- Some older images or content may still have issues we have not found. If you come across one, please let us know.

Accessibility of the premises (the spa at HaPalmach 15, Or Yehuda)
We want to describe the premises honestly so you can plan your visit in advance:
- The premises are not wheelchair-accessible.
- From the street there are 3 steps to the yard, then a narrow, somewhat uneven path of about 20 metres, and 2 wide steps at the spa entrance.
- There are no handrails or grab bars at any of the entrances or steps.
- Parking: paid municipal street parking (blue-and-white). A car with a disabled parking permit may park in the spa's own parking spot, right at the entrance.
- The restroom is not accessible: the door is about 60 cm wide.
- There are no grab bars in the restroom or the showers.
Guests who need assistance or an adjustment for their visit are welcome to call us in advance at 052-2894674 and we will arrange the visit together.
