אנו משתמשים בערוצים כגון WhatsApp, Messenger וצ׳אט באתר (אם פעיל) למתן שירות. בעת השימוש בהם עשויים להיאסף: שם, מספר טלפון ותוכן ההודעות — לצורך השירות, שיפורו והתאמתו. המידע מטופל לפי הצהרה זו. ערוצים אלה כפופים גם למדיניות הפרטיות של ספק הערוץ. איננו מוכרים מידע אישי. העברה לצד שלישי — רק לפי דין, צו, או ספקי שירות הכרחיים (למשל אחסון אתר, דיוור בהסכמה).

אם מועלות תמונות לאתר, יש להימנע מתמונות עם נתוני מיקום (EXIF GPS). מבקרים עלולים לחלץ מידע זה. תוסף Imagify (אם פעיל) משמש בעיקר לניהול האתר לדחיסת תמונות, ולא לאיסוף נתונים מלקוחות הקצה.
עיבוד עשוי להתבסס על: הסכמה מפורשת; ביצוע חוזה או מתן שירות (תור, שובר, טיפול); חובה חוקית (לרבות שמירת מידע רפואי); אינטרס לגיטימי (ניהול לקוחות ושיפור שירות) בכפוף לדין. המידע נאסף למטרות מוגדרות בלבד.
נתונים: שם, תעודת זהות (ככל שמוזנת), תאריך לידה, מין, מצב משפחתי, כתובת, טלפון, דוא״ל, פרטי מלווה או הריון לפי הצורך, סוג טיפול, תשובות בריאותיות (תרופות, אלרגיות, ניתוחים, מצבים רפואיים), חתימה דיגיטלית, העדפת מועדון או דיוור.
מטרה: התאמת טיפול, חובות מקצועיות, תיק לקוח; דיוור שיווקי רק בהסכמה נפרדת (סעיף 13).
שמירה: מידע בריאותי – לפחות שבע שנים או לפי הדין; נתוני קשר – כל עוד נדרש לשירות או לפי דין.
הערה: מידע בריאותי הוא מידע רגיש. גישה למורשים בלבד; חלק מהשדות מאוחסנים בהצפנה; העברה באתר ב-HTTPS.
נתונים: שם, טלפון, דוא״ל, סוג טיפול, תאריך ושעה, העדפות והערות.
מטרה: ניהול תורים ותזכורות.
שמירה: כל עוד נדרש לניהול ההזמנה ובהתאם למדיניות השמירה של הספא.
נתונים: פרטי רוכש (שם, טלפון, דוא״ל), פרטי מקבל (שם), ברכה, בחירת טיפול או תוספות, פרטי משלוח לפי הצורך.
מטרה: הכנת השובר, תיאום, תשלום ומימוש.
שמירה: עד המימוש ובהתאם לתקופות שמירה ניהוליות או חוקיות.
שובר דיגיטלי (קישור מאובטח / צפייה מקוונת) כפוף לאותם כללי פרטיות כמו שובר מודפס.
נתונים: טלפון ו/או דוא״ל, שם (אופציונלי), סיבה.
מטרה: עיבוד הסרה בלבד. לא לשימוש שיווקי נוסף לאחר עיבוד הבקשה.
דפי קישור ומימוש זכויות. חלקם אוספים פרטים רק לצורך זיהוי וטיפול בבקשת ייצוא או מחיקה.
טפסים ציבוריים (שאלונים, בקשות שובר, הזמנות, הסרות) נשמרים במערכות העסק המחוברות לאתר החי.
לניהול שוטף עשויים להישמר עותקים או סנכרון במערכות תורים, שוברים ואנשי קשר — לשימוש מורשה בלבד.
גיבויים תקופתיים עשויים לכלול נתונים אלה, לשחזור שירות במקרה תקלה.
פרטי קשר נשמרים במערכות העסק כאשר נדרשים למתן השירות (תור, שאלון, שובר, מועדון בהסכמה).
איננו מוכרים מידע אישי. העברה או גישה לצד שלישי — רק לפי דין או צו, או דרך ספקי שירות הכרחיים:

איננו מקבלים החלטות אוטומטיות בעלות השפעה משפטית או דומה על הלקוח ללא מעורבות אנושית, מעבר לכלים שגרתיים (סינון ספאם, אנליטיקה).

Kessem Bamaga Spa (“the Spa” / “we”) operates this website and the client digital tools. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, where it is stored, and your rights. It is read under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law 1981 (including Amendment No. 13), Israeli marketing communications rules, and the GDPR where applicable.

We use channels such as WhatsApp, Messenger and on-site chat (if enabled) to serve clients. We may collect name, phone number and message content to deliver and improve the service. This data is handled under this policy and under the channel provider’s own privacy terms. We do not sell personal data. Transfers occur only as required by law or order, or via necessary providers (hosting, consented mailing, etc.).
Comment forms may collect the submitted fields, plus IP and browser string for spam control. Gravatar may be used for profile images (https://automattic.com/privacy). Comments and metadata may be kept indefinitely for moderation of follow-ups. Comments may be checked by an automated spam service.
Avoid uploading images with EXIF GPS location data; visitors may extract it. Imagify (if used) is mainly for site administrators to compress images, not to collect end-customer data.
Processing may rely on: explicit consent; contract or service (booking, voucher, treatment); legal obligation (including health-record retention); legitimate interest (client management / service improvement), as allowed by law. Data is collected for specified purposes only.
Data: name, ID (if provided), date of birth, gender, marital status, address, phone, email, companion or pregnancy details where relevant, treatment type, health answers (medications, allergies, surgeries, conditions), digital signature, club or mailing preference.
Purpose: treatment suitability, professional duties, client file; marketing only with separate consent (Section 13).
Retention: health data at least seven years or as required by law; contact data as needed for service or law.
Note: Health data is sensitive. Access is restricted; some fields are stored encrypted; site transfer uses HTTPS.
Data: name, phone, email, treatment, date and time, preferences and notes. Purpose: appointments and reminders. Retention: as needed for booking management and Spa retention policy.
Data: purchaser details, recipient name, greeting, treatment or add-ons, delivery details as needed. Purpose: voucher preparation, coordination, payment and redemption. Retention: until redemption and per administrative or legal retention.
A digital voucher (secure link / online view) follows the same privacy rules as a printed voucher.
Data: phone and/or email, optional name, reason. Purpose: opt-out processing only; no further marketing use after processing.
Link and rights pages. Some collect details only to identify and process export or delete requests.
Public forms (questionnaires, voucher requests, bookings, unsubscribes) are stored in Spa systems connected to the live website.
Day-to-day operations may also keep copies or sync in internal Spa systems (calendar, vouchers, contacts) — authorized use only.
Periodic backups may include this data to restore service after failure.
Contact details are stored in Spa systems when needed to provide the service (booking, questionnaire, voucher, consented club).
We do not sell personal data. Access by third parties occurs only as required by law or order, or via necessary providers:

We are not liable for indirect damages from leaks except where the law provides otherwise. For a breach beyond our reasonable control (force majeure / sophisticated cyberattack), liability is limited to proven direct damage, subject to non-waivable law.
